Replate's Latest Feature Allows You To Add More Team Members...

Incorporating sustainable practices into business operations means more than setting up a recycling bin - it’s company-wide practice, support, and success. A lot of people gotta be involved!

Replate’s user permissions feature takes this into account, by maximizing our clients’ ability to use their interface in a variety of locations and organizational structures. Our feature allows you to centralize data within one account, while providing access to multiple team members at varying degrees of security.

You can assign specific responsibilities designated by our four types of users: Administrators, Regional Managers, Location Managers and Billing Managers.

Administrators have access to scheduling, tracking and analytical functions for every region and location under their account, and can add users as they see fit. Regional managers control all locations within their territory, and location managers control their specific event or venue. Billing managers have access to invoicing only.

Through this feature, clients can receive aggregated impact metrics across their whole organization, but also as it pertains to each specified location. Similarly, scheduling can be handled directly by an on site coordinator, or by overall administration.

Our client SFO (San Francisco International Airport) is a great example of how it works.

While operating as one entity, the airport consists of several terminals and numerous vendors within each space. SFO’s sustainability team has one Replate account to manage the entire process, with over 50 separate locations to represent each SFO vendor. Vendors are assigned as a Location Manager  to schedule donations, and export their own data sets, while the airport manages payment and tracks the impact as a whole.

For large corporations with offices in more than one city, or in unique working spaces that require more coordination, this user permissions feature eases the process by offering flexibility and better insights.
